Information We Collect
- Contact & Account Data: name, company, email, phone number(s), job title.
- Communications: messages you send to us (email, web forms, chat, SMS/MMS), call notes, meeting details.
- Technical Data: device/browser info, IP address, pages visited, cookies and similar technologies.
- Support & Service Data: information reasonably necessary to deliver IT services you request.
How We Use Information

SMS/MMS Text Program (A2P 10DLC)
By enrolling in our Text Program (for example, by submitting a form with your mobile number and selecting a consent checkbox, texting a keyword to our number, or otherwise providing express consent), you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from VTL at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies Message & data rates may apply.
- Opt-In: You will not receive recurring texts unless you expressly opt in. We may confirm your consent with an opt-in confirmation message.
- Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we may send a final message to confirm your opt-out.

- Carrier Disclosure: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have authorization to enroll the number you provide.

How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers (e.g., messaging platforms, CRM, security and hosting providers) solely to operate and support our services under appropriate agreements.
Required 10DLC Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes your mobile number, consent status, and message content. Information sharing is limited to vendors/facilitators that support message routing, delivery, and program operations. We do not sell personal information, including mobile numbers.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal/contractual obligations, or to resolve disputes. SMS/MMS consent logs and opt-out records may be kept as required to demonstrate compliance.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
